I tried dinner Friday at a local mall restaurant Amarillo. I had "Acapulco Salmon" with veggies and a baked potato. I also had some nachos to start off with, which was a mistake. For some reason, they did not appear to use real cheese on the nachos; instead it looked like microwaved Cheez Wiz. Ick.
I also had an "El Grande" beer.
