Now that I'm in Estonia, not only is my Cellular Abroad/National Geographic SIM card not working; the phone itself cannot place phone calls even with a new Estonian SIM card. After a day fighting with dialing instructions in Estonian and Russian, a nice woman at Tele2 swapped my SIM card into her phone and showed that it worked, meaning it definitely was a phone problem. I wanted to buy a new phone then (Tuesday afternoon), but their computer system was down. :)
So, on Wednesday I bought a new Nokia 2310 phone. I was so excited that I immediately made some test international calls.

I'm glad that you finally have a working phone. Does this solve all of your problems?
