Before catching the ferry over to Tallinn, I stopped by the Helsinki Stockmann. While wandering around, I saw their selection of scientific/graphic calculators and it brought back a somewhat nostalgic, wistful feeling of my pre-Seattle life doing math and science. I remember how cool I thought it was when Sharp, HP, and Casio first came out with graphing calculators; how much fun and aggravation I had learning to use my first models; and how many hours I spent looking over such models in college and in graduate school. Sigh....
