Gregg's Eggs


Here's a typical Euro-buffet breakfast for me. I've learned that protein is relatively cheap and easy to come by in most cities; sometimes finding where to buy fresh produce can take a day or two. So I typically eat a lot of fruit (if available) and veggies at buffets. Eggs, cold cuts, sausages are pretty common and generally palatable.

Also good: mueslix with yogurt.
